IMPORTANT NOTICE: CANADA POST STRIKE
As a result of the pending Canada Post strike, shipping will be delayed the week of May 19th. We have made alternate arrangements to handle orders, and they will be shipped this week. However, expect some delays.
The Campus Bookstore is using Canada Post Expedited shipping for all orders. Once an order is shipped, Canada Post will deliver the package to most addresses in the GTA within 2 business days. In our cart, Canada Post provides an estimated delivery time. This estimated delivery time refers to the level of shipping service offered by Canada Post. If an item you ordered is not in stock, or there is a delay at our warehouse – this will delay shipping.

Buying an eBook?
Look for the 12 Redemption Code on your receipt!
If your Campus Bookstore purchase includes an eBook, you will receive two emails after making your online purchase. One email has the subject Thank you for Shopping with us. The second email is an itemized receipt for your purchase. Both emails will contain the Redemption Code(s) for your eBook purchase. A Redemption Code is a 12 digit code XXXX-XXXX-XXXX . This code must be redeemed through our eBook Redemption Page. Please make sure to enter the redemption code, including the hyphens. Once you have redeemed the code, you will receive a second email containing additional instructions that can be used to access your eBook. Please note that this second email may or may not contain an access code from the publisher, depending on the eBook purchased. If the email contains an access code, follow the instructions to redeem the access code. If the email does not contain an access code, simply follow the instructions in the email.
Didn’t Receive a eBook Redemption Code?
If you don’t receive an email with your redemption code, please check you SPAM/JUNK folder. Sometimes the email will go to this folder. If the email is not in this folder, you can log in to your account in order to retrieve the redemption code. To log in to your account, visit My Account – Anderson College Campus Bookstore. Once logged in, select My Account from the top of the page and then click on the Orders tab. Your receipt can be found here. Click on your receipt and you will find the 12 digit redemption code.
IMPORTANT
Remember to use the SAME email address when redeeming and activating your eBook code. The receipt contains a Redemption Code. After redeeming your code, you will receive a second email with an Access Code that you will use to activate the eBook. Remember to use the same email address when doing both.
